2012 Porsche Panamera GTS – Power unit in the new Panamera GTS is 4.8 liter naturally aspirated V8 engine modified, providing 430 hp (316 kW) at 6700 rpm, the engine trumping his brother S/4S Panamera model by 30 hp (22 kW). Maximum torque is also increased with a ratio, from 500 Nm to 520 Nm. The way in which by pressing a Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) sends output to the engine all-wheel drive (PTM) – thanks to the Sport Chrono package as standard features without interruption to the flow of power – especially dynamic. This collaboration allows for the Panamera GTS sprints to 100 km / h in under 4.5 seconds, accelerating to a top speed of 288 km / h. With NEDC fuel consumption of 10.9 l/100 km – just 10.7 l/100 km with low-friction tires – Panamera GTS remains as much a role model in environmental efficiency as all Porsche models.
More power and improved brakes, body lowered by ten millimeters and especially conspicuous tuned chassis with air suspension and PASM are the main technical modifications that make the Porsche Panamera GTS is able to cut the racing circuit. In terms of appearance, the new Panamera GTS signal independence with typical design features in the front-end, side and rear and black highlights. The interior also is strictly adapted to the sporty personality with sport seats, steering wheel with paddle shift SportDesign, GTS exclusive leather interior and Alcantara surfaces.
